[REWORK] Trapdoors/pitfalls

Using the old pitfall materials, the Dungeons trapmakers have built a Trapdoor into the structure itself!
The improvements to the design made them sensitive to Servant energy. As a result, they no longer misfire.

At the cost of placing two pitfalls, one trapdoor will always be available and no longer take a trap placement slot

- Fixed Melvii's Puppetmaster event. Her special ending no longer breaks her string mechanic
